Our Mentorship program is one within which the main goal is to develop insight through reflection, encouraging the mentees to take action towards the achievement of self-driven goals by listening with empathy, sharing experiences, and connecting with our network professionals. As such the relationship is mentee-driven, with a clear definition of goals and expectations that are mutually decided and agreed on with the mentor. We understand that getting into a new field is challenging sometimes, one needs guidance and direction to be able to attain he/her full potential.
